is the Activity leader.

Through organized activities, students will use various levels of fitness activities designed to teach students knowledge, skills and basic wellness techniques. In yoga club you will learn many different poses; from touching your toes to arm balances, and everything in between! You will also learn how to breathe and meditate, calming down away from the outside world. You will even learn some of the poses (asanas) in Sanskrit!

Required forms must be completed and returned to the activity leader to participate in this activity.
